Frequently Asked Questions
    Within what term will my return shipment be processed?
    We aim to process your return shipment as soon as possible, but always within 14 days. If all return conditions are met we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account, credit card, PayPal-account or FashionCheque, depending on which payment method was used to place the order on our webshop. The shipment costs of the return shipment will not be refunded, including import tax, duties or administrative customs costs for shipments from outside of the EU.
    Within what term can I return my items?
    You can return your (sale)items within 14 days after receipt, without a return reason. When you return your items you must add the invoice and the revocation form. The revocation form can be downloaded off of our website. After 14 days it is no longer possible to return your purchase.
    What are the costs for returning my items?
    The costs for returning your items are for yourself. FEW. accessoires will not be reimbursed, including import tax, duties or administrative customs costs for shipments from outside of the EU.
    What are the conditions for returning items?
    You have the right to revoke the purchasing agreement within 14 days after the delivery of your order, without giving the return reason. You can do this by downloading the revocation form, which you can download from our website, within 14 after the delivery of your order, email it to the e-mail address returns@few-accessoires.nl or send it our return address by post:

    During the trial period you can determine the nature, features and workings of a product, similar as to how you would be allowed in a store. On top of that, FEW. accessoires will not accept returns of watches where the blue seal on the clasp of the watch is removed, with exception of the watches with a medium mesh strap. For these watches, a return is no longer accepted when the plastic cover on the metal strap is removed. When the cover is removed, it is assumed the watch has been used and the product cannot be returned to FEW. accessoires.

    We also do not accept returns jewellery where the plastic cover has been removed. If this is the case, it is assumed the product has been used, which means FEW. accessoires does not accept the return.

    For returning earrings it is assumed that the removal of the blue seal is equal to the product being used. In this case the product cannot be returned. The reason for this is that earrings are hygiene products and applicable hygiene guidelines prescribe as such.

    The buyer must return the product within 14 days after notifying FEW. accessoires of the intent to return the product. The product must be returned to the aforementioned address. The product needs to be undamaged and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The invoice should be added as well.

    In case all return conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as reasonably possible and within 14 days. The purchase amount will be refunded on a bank account, credit card, PayPal-account or FashionCheque, depending on what was used to pay the order. The costs for returning the order will not be refunded, including import tax, duties or administrative customs costs for shipments from outside of the EU.
    Can I exchange my items?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items that have been bought on our webshop. If you are interested in a different item, you can return your item. Your return will be processed within 14 days. After that you can order your desired item, which will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
    What type of warranty do I have on my products?
    Our warranty is valid automatically upon purchasing a FEW. accessoires product. FEW. accessoires has a two (2) year warranty on its watches. The warranty on watches only applies on the clock of the watches. For jewellery, FEW. accessoires has a one (1) year warranty. The warranty on jewellery only applies on demonstrable production errors. The warranty gives the buyer a guarantee that the products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan.
