Frequently Asked Questions
    Can I change/cancel my order?
    When you’ve placed your order on our webshop, you cannot change and/or cancel it.
    Can I change the address information?
    When you’ve placed your order on our webshop, you cannot change your address information.
    Have you received my order?
    After you’ve placed your order on our webshop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation with an invoice via e-mail. In case you did not receive this e-mail, please contact us so we can help you.
    The item I want to order is not in stock, when will it be back in stock?
    As soon as an item is out of stock, we will try our best to get it back in stock as soon as possible. When the item is back in stock, the out of stock notice will no longer be visible for that item.
    Can I reserve items?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items. Items are available for everyone, even after you have added them to your cart. It is possible that items that are in your cart go out of stock while you are shopping. If you want to be sure you can place your order, we advise you to order as quickly as possible.
    How can I place an order?
    Select the item you wish to order via the product page and add it to your cart. Go to the payment page to enter your personal information and pay for your order.
    Where can I find product information?
    All information about the products can be found at the specific product page, in the product description and product specifications.
